Tie the knot aboard the Miss Lindsay, our 33’ lobster boat, and leave the details to us. Our base package includes a 3 hour private charter with room for up to 4 guests, from USCG certified and Master Maine Guide Captain Ethan who will take you to a secluded cove for your ceremony. Marianne, our ordained officiant, will work with you to create your custom vows and will guide you through the entire legal process from start to finish. She will bring you together for an intimate ceremony where you will be joined only by seals below and birds above, followed by a toast to drink in the moment. 

The boat will be adorned with a floral backdrop anchored on barnacle-covered traps at the stern, arranged from locally grown, native flora that connects you to this beautiful coastal region. After the ceremony you will be served a gourmet charcuterie board filled with savory goodies including cured meats, spiced nuts, fruits, local cheeses and crisps so you can fully savor the moment. Before heading back to Popham Beach, Captain Ethan will assist you in hauling multiple lobster traps to secure your evening feast, bringing some of the adventure with you when you depart. 

Our 3 person team has decades of professional experience in the service industry and works closely with our trusted partners in the area. We are able to provide endless additional enhancements for a completely customizable experience. Some ideas include additional florals, professional photography, a small wedding cake or cupcakes, lobster bake on a remote beach, additional charter time viewing the beautiful coastal houses, rocky ledges, beaches, islands and inlets, or angling for some striped bass. You could swim or paddle ashore to Seguin Island, a local and historic island with a 10 minute hike to the top where you can climb the lighthouse and have a 360 degree view from the mouth of the Kennebec River and Fort Popham to views of Mt. Washington and Monhegan island. There are a combined 2 miles of trails around the island and a picture perfect beach to mark the celebratory moment with a brisk dip!
